Key Sequence: After Colgate took the lead with 4:27 remaining, Battle sunk a three to put Cornell back up two. Off of a Tim Pounds miss, Wittman converted a three of his own to put Cornell up for good.

Key Sequence: The opening offensive possessions for the Soaring Eagles se the pace for the rest of the game. Elmira’s K.C. Mendez was stuffed by Daniels on a jumper at 18:56 in the first half. Elmira hustled to get the rebound, only for Palen Andreozzi to also get stuffed by Daniels. Colgate rebounded and turned the ball over. The next Elmira possession Daniels struck again, literally, swatting another Elmira shot from KC Mendez. Elmira never got the score closer than that.

Key Sequence: Colgate, on a 5-0 run, looked to be claiming the momentum, down 43-40. Goffredo hit two straight threes, silencing the home crowd and giving the Crimson a 9-point lead.

Key Sequence: In the late minutes of the first half, the Bobcats were able to close a 10-point Raider lead down to 6 by converting two foul shots and Waddy turnover into points. Waddy redeemed himself by scoring the next 5 straight Raider points, nailing a three on one possession and finishing on an excellent outlet pass from Todd Checovich to end the first half. Colgate never looked back.

Key Sequence: Colgate was down by 4 in the first half. After a Colgate turnover, Binghamton looked like they’d begin pulling away. But a Daniel Waddy block, followed by a Marc Daniels block on the same possession got the ball back to Colgate. On the subsequent offensive possession, Simon pulled up and hit a three to bring Colgate back to within 1.
