Key Sequence: With 14:17 left and the Eagles leading 37-32, American went on a 10-0 run, capped by a Billbe dunk, to take command of the game. Billbe and Linas Lekavicius scored 4 points each in the run. During the run, Army went 0-for-2 from the field with 4 turnovers.

Key Sequence: Kyle Chones hit a pair of three-pointers as part of a 6-1 Colgate run, giving the Raiders a 49-45 lead with 1:32 to go. Olivero was fouled. After hitting his first free throw, he missed the second but grabbed the offensive rebound, leading to a Hall three that tied the game up. Each team missed one more shot, forcing overtime.

Key Sequence: American had the ball and a 49-45 lead with 2:55 to go in regulation, but Brayden Billbe missed a jumper. Kyle Chones converted a traditional three-point play to cut their deficit to 1. After Eitutavicius missed a shot, Jon Simon was fouled and hit 1 of 2 free throws to tie the game. After the teams exchanged misses, Derrick Mercer committed an offensive foul with 23 seconds left. Colgate took a 51-49 lead with 0.5 seconds left on a Dan Gentile tip-in. But on American’s inbounds, Kyle Chones fouled Eitutavicius, who hit both free throws to send the game to overtime.
