Keys to the Game
Key sequence The first seven possessions of the second half for Sacred Heart resulted in 6 missed shots and a turnover. Lehigh went 4-for-8 to start the second stanza but ran off 10 unanswered points in that span because of the Pioneers’ offensive blackout. The Mountain Hawks grabbed all 8 available rebounds, including 2 on offense, in that span.
Key sign it was over With 1:36 to go and Lehigh leading 64-59, Tavio Hobson stole the ball from White and created a fast break, but Frye missed the transition shot. White grabbed the ball and was fouled. He missed the front end of a one-and-one, but Neptune got the rebound, leading to a Mgrebroff three-point play to open up an 8-point lead with 1:11 left.
