Dan Biber had tied the game at 30 apiece less than five minutes into the second half, when Dartmouth’s offense stalled. For the next eight minutes, the Big Green managed only two points on a Jason Meyer jumper, while Colgate scored on seven of 11 possessions. The result was a 14-2 Raider run that gave the visitors a 44-32 lead with under eight minutes remaining.

Leading by 10, Colgate ran down the shot clock and Jon Simon stuck a jumper with 55 seconds left to make it a 55-43 game.

– Alex Barnett was the lone Dartmouth player in double figures with 12 points, but he needed a gaudy 17 shots to get there.
– Dartmouth shot an identical 8 of 26 (30.8 percent) in both halves.
– Colgate attempted just six three-pointers on the afternoon, hitting just one (16.7 percent).
– The Raiders held the Big Green to just five assists on 16 field goals.
– Colgate did not record a single second-chance point, as Dartmouth rebounded at 36.1 percent offensive while holding the Raiders to 19.2-percent offensive rebounding.
– The Raiders will look to make it two wins in a row when they host Cansius on Wednesday, November 22 at 7:00 pm.
