Patriot League announces postseason awards

Holy Cross cleaned up the major Patriot League postseason awards, led by Keith Simmons claiming Player of the Year. His teammate Torey Thomas was named Defensive Player of the Year, and coach Ralph Willard was named Coach of the Year. Marquis Hall of Lehigh was awarded Rookie of the Year.

The All-Patriot League First Team was announced as Simmons, Thomas, Lehigh’s Jose Olivero, American’s Andre Ingram, and Bucknell’s Chris McNaughton.

The All-Patriot League Second Team is Tim Clifford of Holy Cross, Donald Brown of Bucknell, Army’s Jarell Brown, Jon Simon of Colgate, and Navy’s Greg Sprink.

The All-Patriot League Rookie Team was announced as Hall, teammate Zahir Carrington, Eric Meister of Holy Cross, Marcus Nelson of Army, and Navy’s Trey Stanton.
