It was another impressive week for the Patriot League, who went a combined 10-3, with seven of the eight teams recording victories. This included a two-game sweep of the Ivy League on Saturday that gave the Patriot League a 5-4 edge in the season series.

The Ivy League still holds a 4-3 edge in the season series, but the Patriot League has taken two straight and could go on top Saturday afternoon.

Last week got off to a great start for the Patriot League with three wins, but it soon took a turn for the worse, with nine losses in the week’s final 14 games. While Patriot teams took all three games against Ivy League opponents, they were just 5-9 against non-Ivy opposition.
